Part 1: Guided Connecting and Visualization Meditation – Together, we enter a grounding meditation that attunes the energy of your collective and invites participants to fully experience an inner space where they already live their highest vision.
Part 2: Collective Sharing – Holding the web of energy and insights, I guide reflective questions that allow members to share and deepen their connection to what they experienced in the meditation.
Part 3: Live Energy Painting – I translate the resonance of your group’s vision into a painting created in real time during the workshop — anchoring it into form as a lasting portal for clarity, alignment, and resilience.
