If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I’m here to help!
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase of standard products, which means anything you bought as is from my store. You can return your artwork for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
I cannot offer returns & refunds on custom orders once they are started. For bigger custom commissions, there will be a commission contract that details this out separately and may differ from this Returns & Refunds policy.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Discounted items can be returned and refunded or exchanged, but only for the discounted value. If the exchanged item costs more, you will have to pay the difference.
Original shipping cost are not refunded. The refund value includes only the item value and the tax payed on the original order.
Bookings for workshops are valid for 6 months and can only be refunded before participating in the workshop.
How it works
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or receive a refund.
- For physical products, print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
- For physical products, send all items back to us using the label provided
Additional Information
- Within 2 business days of receiving your valid return, I will either ship your replacement or send your refund back via the original payment method. Same shipping times as for orders apply.
- For non-physical products, I will refund the purchase within 2 business days after receiving your valid refund request.
- You will not need to pay shipping for returns but will have to pay shipping for replacements.
- I will not refund or ship replacements on any lost or damaged returns.
